Answer a takeover request
A colleague asks whether you want to take over their shift. Accepting confirms you can; then your manager decides.
Who can do this?
Everyone
If a colleague asks whether you want to take over a shift, you get a notification. The request is in Requests, under Takeover requests for you.
- Tap Accept takeover (1) if you can do the shift.
- Tap Decline if you can't. Your colleague gets a notification and can ask someone else.
