I don't get push notifications
You turn on push notifications per device. On an iPhone they only work from the app on your home screen.
Who can do this?
Everyone
Go through these points:
- Are they on for this device? Open Notifications. If it says You receive push notifications on this device, they're on. If not, tap Enable push notifications.
- iPhone? Push notifications only work if you add BarPlanner to your home screen and open it from that icon. See Install the app on your phone.
- Does it say Notifications are blocked in your browser? Then you refused permission earlier. Allow notifications for app.barplanner.be in your browser or phone settings, and try again.
- Does it say This browser doesn't support push notifications? Use Chrome (Android) or the app on your home screen (iPhone).
- Do not disturb or a focus mode on your phone? Then notifications are kept silent.
